Canadian Experience Class

Those individuals who have already been in Canada for at least 2 years on a Temporary Permit for Study or Work that wish to stay permanently.

These are individuals wishing to invest in Canada.


Humanitarian and Compassionate

This is for individuals residing in Canada without legal status that if forced to return to their home country would endure hardship.


Refugee

This is for individuals who have been forced to flee his or her country because of persecution, war, or violence. A refugee has a well-founded fear of persecution for reasons of race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group. Most likely, they cannot return home or are afraid to do so due the possibility of injury or death.
